Modular track lighting with interchangeable fixtures minimized structural impact. Smart-home systems integrate lighting, HVAC, and security for efficient control. The penthouse occupies the two top floors of a modern residential building offering panoramic views of iconic landmarks such as the Krasinski Square courts, the Palace of the Republic and surrounding high rises. The central location ensures accessibility while maintaining privacy for the family.

The lower level hosts the elder family members apartment and a study while internal stairs connect to the upper living spaces with a kitchen, dining and master suite.
