About Authentic Eden رہائشی انٹیریئر ڈیزائن

ایتھنٹک ایڈن تائیوان دے شہر تائیچنگ وچ ہک تیہہ سال پُرانے ولا کیتے رہائشی انٹیریئر ڈیزائن ہے۔ ایہ گھر تقریباً 198 مربع میٹر تے پھیلیا ہویا ہے تے اِنّھیں تیں بیڈروم، دو لونگ روم تے ہک اسٹڈی شامل ہن۔ ولا کمیونٹی دے پچھلے پاسے واقع ہے، جتھاں عوامی سہولتاں کمزور ہیں، اِس کرکے پہلے والے گیراج دروازے کوں نویں داخلی دروازے وچ تبدیل کیتا ڳیا۔ کچن، ڈائننگ روم تے لونگ روم دے درمیان دیواراں کوں ہٹا ڳیا تاں جو آواجاہی تے خاندانی رابطے وچ بہتری آسکے۔ وڈیاں فرینچ کھڑکیاں ڈائننگ روم کوں صحن نال جوڑدیاں ہن۔ سرمئی تے چٹے رنگاں دا امتزاج انٹیریئر کوں پرسکون تے منظم کردار عطا کریندا ہے۔

Unique Properties: The 30 years old structure is a villa located at the very back of a community with not ideal public areas. By refurbishing the entrance, the quality of life was improved. After thorough conditional analysis, the designer was able to understand the needs of the client better and decided to make additions, alter the layout, and introduce new hardware, thus creating a place where the family could comfortably hang out at without any encumbrances. The act of removing the kitchen, dining room, and living room walls allows more multi-dimensional interactions between family members to take place.
Dimensions & Packaging: Authentic Eden is approximately 198 square meters and consists of three bedrooms, two living rooms, and a study. Interior design brings infinite possibilities to the mind. Since the public areas inconvenience the family the most, the designer renovated the garage, altered the layout of space, and created a better entryway for the client and his family. The walls that divided the kitchen, living room, and dining room restricted the overall layout. In order to give the family a better space to interact in, the designer decided to tear down those walls so a better flow is created and brought out more possibilities for interacting.

Production Technology: This project is all about the charm of rustics, hence the main color tone of gray and white, which permeates warmth and order. The utilization of French windows closer connects being with space. The installation art and lawn in the yard not only allows people to relax physically, but also becomes a melody that soothes the soul.
Design Challenge: Being in the end of the community, the unideal state of public areas was what bothered the client throughout the years. Under a limited budget, the designer reorganized the space and made the former back garage door into the new entrance. The multiple walls in the original structure was also an impediment to the connection between rooms. Taking out the kitchen, dining room, and living room walls brings more flexibility and interactivity to the space. The installing of French windows allows the yard to better flow into the dining room.
Research: A professional analysis of condition helped the designer bring about maximum improvement to public quality and the indoors environment. The villa under question has an age of 30 years and is located at the very back of the community, and the poor quality of public space had long troubled the client, thus the designer altered the entryway so that getting in and out is no longer a problem. By boldly tearing down the cramped walls and building a new terrace, more possibilities were introduced into the space and the relationship between man and man and man and space became more flexible and layered.
Inspiration: The father of the family is an American professor and the mother is a businesswoman means that they both work in high stressed environments and need a home where they could fully relax after a hard day of work. The essence of the design was to create more space. Therefore, the designer solved the problem of nonoptimal public areas in the community by renovating the entrance to the house. With the aid of large French windows, the dining room resonates with the spatial art outdoors, bringing forth a home base where the family would continue to create more memories.
Project Duration: The project finished in 2019, Taichung, Taiwan.
Operation Flow: The constrained construction site, the tight budget, the immutability of the structure and public areas were some of the influences on the operation, but the team raised the value by renewing the style with the lawn, concrete, and with making the garage the new entrance. Taking out the walls connected the inside with the yard, and the kitchen with the installation art, alleviating space. The toilet used to be under the staircase, but the designer turned the room into a storage, lifting the stress when using the water closet. The renovation also improved the relationships in the neighborhood and gave the children more room.
