About Calm and Repose Stanovanjska stavba

Calm and Repose je stanovanjska stavba s tlorisno površino 430 kvadratnih metrov. Zasnova sledi modernemu in preprostemu slogu. V notranjem prostoru so uporabljene enostavne teksture in umirjeni materiali. Velike ploščice z izrazito kamnito strukturo prekrivajo steno za televizor in ustvarjajo širok vizualni vtis za vse, ki vstopijo v hišo. Za kavčem se od tal navzgor raztezajo usnjeni paneli nepravilnih velikosti in ščetkani leseni furnirji. Hladno teksturo kamnitih ploščic uravnoteži topla teksturo usnja in lesa. Sobe so odprte proti razgledom na okoliško naravo.

Unique Properties: This design project showing the modern simplicity as the design style decorates the indoor space with the materials with simple and plain textures. The house decoration, without complex designs, has the great view to the gorgeous outdoor nature, thus creating a home omnipresent with laid-back ambience.

Production Technology: As to the building materials, the TV wall decorated with the large stone grain tiles manifests the broad sense of sight to those coming in the house. Behind the sofa, the walls mounted with leathers in irregular sizes and the brushed wood veneers extended from the floor ingeniously combine the cold solid texture of stone grain tiles and the warm texture of leathers and veneers.
Inspiration: A home of natural quality, where is made of materials, does not simply contain the natural elements, but combines the features of local natural environment to sustain creatively.
