About Nudibranch Hotel in letovišče

Nudibranch je hotel in letovišče na otoku Nanji v provinci Zhejiang na Kitajskem. Zasnova obsega 31000 kvadratnih metrov in se navdihuje pri morskih bitjih, ki jih najdemo okoli otoka, kot so goli polži (nudibranchi) in druge školjke. Stavba je dvignjena na mehkih nogah, ki povezujejo tla z restavracijami, bari, wellnessom in bazenom. Javni prostor spominja na lebdeč prostor nad peskom. Peščena tla se raztezajo v notranjost hotela in tvorijo zunanje igrišče v senci. Okolju prijazne tehnologije zmanjšujejo vpliv na okolje.

Unique Properties: The building blends the boundaries between the building and the landscape by its organic form and flexible connectivity; it sits on the site like a nudibranch crouching on the peaceful bay. Many Eco-friendly technologies have been installed to minimize the environment impact.
Dimensions & Packaging: 31000 Sq Meters
Inspiration: The design is inspired by sea creatures, which the island is famous for, such as nudibranch and other shellfish. This “mollusk” lifts itself by its soft legs and stretches its tentacles to explore different directions.The public part resembles a floating space above the sand. The sandy ground blends into the hotel to become an outdoor playground in the shadow cast by the building above. The legs connect the ground to restaurants and bars, and the SPA and swimming pool to to the public space.
