Next Collection je stanovanjski kompleks, zasnovan v povezavi s krajino Green Capea. Stavba je sestavljena iz treh neodvisnih kril, postavljenih na podij, ki obdaja vrt. Streha je namenjena druženju in vključuje restavracijo, bar ter bazen. Razporeditev kril omogoča jasen pretok med stanovanji in vrtom na podiju. Notranjost sledi minimalističnemu pristopu z navtično tematiko in umirjeno barvno paleto. Zasnova združuje organske oblike z okoliško topografijo.

The interior, a minimalist oasis with a nautical theme, distinguishes 'Next Collection' as an exceptional icon in contemporary design.

Our objective was to create a multifunctional complex harmonizing with Green Cape's landscape. Tools included 3D modeling and architectural software.
