Gambo je hermetično zaprta posoda, zasnovana za shranjevanje kavnih zrn. Posoda ima dvoslojno strukturo in dvojno tesnjenje z zaponko in silikonskim obročem, kar omejuje prenos toplote in preprečuje vdor kisika. Enosmerni zračni ventil sprošča ogljikov dioksid, ki nastane med praženjem. Merilnik vlažnosti v realnem času prikazuje vlažnost shranjevanja, tako da lahko posodo po potrebi premaknemo. Datumski zapisovalni disk na vrhu in kovinska oglasna tabla omogočata beleženje podatkov o shranjevanju. Zunanje ohišje je iz ABS plastike, notranja obloga pa iz nerjavečega jekla.

Trajanje projekta: The project was designed on May 2, 2023, and was sold online on April 28, 2024.
Potek delovanja: The product is equipped with a humidity monitoring meter to detect the storage environmental humidity in real time. It lets users promptly adjust the placement of the canister, ensuring the bean under the best storage conditions. Users can utilize the date recording disc on the top of the canister to note the date. With the metal bulletin board, users can document the information on the coffee beans stored, facilitating a visual assessment of the coffee bean freshness at a later stage.
