Small Cube je brusilnik za nohte, zasnovan za nohtne tehnike. Kvadratna oblika ima zaobljene vogale in robove, navdihnjene s spreminjajočo se obliko čarobne kocke. Ohišje je izdelano iz eloksirane aluminijeve zlitine, zaslon pa iz kaljenega stekla, kar zagotavlja površino, odporno proti praskam. Zaslon na dotik omogoča nastavitev hitrosti in smeri vrtenja, ambientna osvetlitev pa spreminja barvo glede na izbrano hitrost. Elektronski časovnik pomaga tehnikom upravljati delovni čas. Brusilne glave se zamenjajo prek osrednjega mehanizma za odklepanje, brez dodatnega orodja.

It supports speed adjustment, forward and reverse rotation, pause, and timer display to meet diverse needs. The ambient lighting changes its color for clear speed feedback and a technological vibe. With an aluminum alloy body and a tempered glass screen, it is scratch resistant and stylish. Its ergonomic design ensures lasting comfort, making it an ideal assistant for nail technicians.

Production Technology: The device is constructed from premium aluminum alloy and undergoes precision anodization for exceptional hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion protection. Design Challenge: The primary challenge was to create a nail file pen that combines efficient, convenient operation with an exceptional user experience. This product achieves that through an optimized motor structure, premium carbon brushes, and an enhanced heat dissipation system, delivering powerful 30,000 RPM performance with quiet operation free from vibration. Through extensive ergonomic testing and refinement, this design ensures comfort during prolonged use, greatly improving the overall user experience.
Research: With the rapid growth of the nail care industry, technicians are placing higher demands on the performance and quality of their tools. However, conventional products often fail to meet these evolving professional needs, as they struggle with issues such as low efficiency and potential chemical hazards. This gap has created an urgent demand for a truly efficient, safe, and eco-friendly solution. The Small Cube Nail Drill rises to meet this challenge, offering technicians an ideal, practical tool.
Inspiration: Inspired by the variability of a Magic Cube, the design symbolizes continuous innovation and progress. Geometric cube elements are integrated to create a distinctive square form with rounded corners and edges. This refined design conveys professionalism while maintaining a stylish look. Its carefully calculated fillet radius and rounded design also provide a more comfortable grip. Available in deep space gray, silver, and purple, these three classic color options meet different personal tastes.
Project Duration: The design and development of this nail drill started in Shenzhen, China, in 2024. It officially hit the market in April 2025.
Operation Flow: The nail drill offer advanced touchscreen speed control and a visual feedback system. With just a tap on the screen, users can precisely adjust the rotational speed and direction, while the ambient lighting intelligently changes its color based on the speed setting for clear visual guidance. Its electronic timer display helps technicians manage time and enhance workflow efficiency. The nail file pen has a central unlock mechanism for easy replacement of grinding heads, without using extra tools.
