Astra 1.0 Ultra Station je sesalnik za suho in mokro sesanje za domačo uporabo. Naprava ima dvojno robotsko roko z umetno inteligenco in stransko krtačo z razširjenim dosegom do robov, ki se samodejno aktivirata, ko senzorji TOF zaznajo pohištvo ali stene, tako da so očiščena tudi nizka in težko dostopna mesta. Interaktivni zaslon s svetlobnimi učinki na talni krtači prikazuje stanje delovanja, večsmerna kolesa s pogonsko podporo pa zmanjšujejo napor, potreben za premikanje naprave. Po čiščenju se sesalnik vrne na svojo priklopno postajo za samodejno čiščenje, polnjenje in sterilizacijo.

Its key components are crafted from precision plastics, aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, brushed metal panels, and replaceable polyemer veneers, along with CNC and injection molding, to deliver both durability and a premium tactile experience.
Design Challenge: Through iterative testing and refinement, the design team focused on enabling the robotic arm to achieve wide-angle, flexible motion within a confined space while ensuring stable coordination with the main brush. The team also overcame the challenge of seamlessly integrating advanced sensors and decision-execution systems, delivering visual, stable, and reliable proactive cleaning for effortless accessibility.
Research: The Astra 1.0 Ultra Station tackles the pain points of inaccessible areas and clunky operation in home cleaning with its advanced robotic arm and proactive detection. By integrating a pioneering dual-AI robotic arm, intelligent obstacle avoidance, and engaging interaction, it delivers a complete, effortless, and sustainable cleaning solution, setting a new standard for smart home appliances.
Inspiration: The Astra 1.0 Ultra Station is engineered to solve the pain points of traditional cleaning tools—hard-to-reach spots and high operational complexity. Built around "proactive intelligence and full-coverage cleaning", it features a pioneering dual-AI robotic arm for precise cleaning in complex home environments, crafting a proactive and smart home companion that seamlessly integrates into daily life.
Project Duration: The project will finish in September 2026 in Suzhou.
Operation Flow: The dual-AI robotic arm and edge-extending side brush activate automatically with TOF sensors upon detecting furniture or walls, precisely cleaning low-lying areas and proactively avoiding obstacles. A light-effect interactive display on the floor brush clearly shows operating status, while multi-mode omnidirectional wheels reduce operational effort. Post-cleaning, the unit returns to its docking station for self-cleaning, charging, and sterilization, enabling a seamless, maintenance-free cycle.
