Uiga Fa'apitoa: A private property overlooking paddy farms spread over 28,000 Sqft of land. The design intends to marry the inside and outside blurring the boundaries of a sheltered home.

Tekonolosi Gaosiga: The materials were sourced locally. The entire pavement for the villa was done in waste granite pieces.
Lu'itau o le Mamanu: The challenge was to execute the pergola on first floor which was eventually supported by existing beam grid.
Su'esu'ega: The site location was a major inspiration for carving out spaces into the built structure. The pergola seating on the recreational floor was carved to create a sundowner spot.
Fa'aosofia: The wide views of setting sun over the paddy fields is the main inspiration to form the private deck on the entertainment floor with a perfect balance of indoor and outdoor spaces.
Umi o le Poloketi: The project started in Feb 2017 and was completed by March 2019
Fa'agasologa o Galuega: The design was made in Mumbai and all drawings sent to site to execute locally with regular interval site visits to check the progress.
