The total land area is 36,041 square meters and the total building area is 70,657 square meters. Surrounded by water on three sides and only 20 meters away from the coastline, the building site is known as the "maritime cultural center" of Shenzhen. It is a comprehensive venue integrating swimming pool, badminton hall, training hall, grand theater, cultural center and library.
