Zvinyorwa Zvebhuku: City Archipelago ndicho chirongwa chedunhu reguta chenzvimbo ine hectare 15 iri muZhenru Subcenter yeDunhu reputuo, Shanghai. Chirongwa ichi chinoshandura nzvimbo yaimbove brownfield kuti ive dunhu rakasanganiswa reoffice, dzimba dzokugara, uye mabasa ekusika zvematekenoroji edigital. Mvura nenzvimbo dzine uswa dzinoshanda seyakavakirwa green infrastructure inobatsira kutonga mafashamu emvura yemadutu uye inovandudza upenyu hwezuva nezuva muguta. Zvivako zvakasimba (green buildings) zvakarongwa mumaitiro asina kusimba kwazvo kuti zviite zvitsuwa (islands). Zvivakwa zvinoshandira bhizinesi zviri mujinga menzira huru yeguta zvinodzikisa ruzha uye kuvhiringidzika kwekuona.

Inspiration: Ecology as a catalyst
Water and green are key to urban islands. They serve as green infrastructure to help manage storm floods and improve citizen experience, and are the brand-new epitome of urban brownfield transition. Ecospace in concentrated urban areas holds lasting appeal for locals and entrepreneurs and breathes new life into the region.
Project Duration: The project is located in Zhenru Subcenter, Putuo District, Shanghai. The design started in March 2021 and completed in August 2021. The construction is in full swing.
Operation Flow: Blend and economy
A blend of office, residential and digital innovation functions maintain the streets' vigor. Transit-oriented development in the east is economically balanced with large open space in the west, thus enabling the project to progress.
