About Optical Sorting Sisitimu Yekusarudza Masero
Optical Sorting isisitimu yekusarudza masero ichishandisa chiedza yakagadzirirwa tsvakurudzo yesainzi yezvipenyu neutano. Masero anoiswa muchipisi chemicrofluidic uye anotungamirirwa neoptical-induced dielectrophoresis, inosarudza masampuli pasina kuakuvadza. Sisitimu yekutora mifananidzo inorekodha masero, uye software inoongorora mifananidzo panguva chaiyo kuti izive uye ironge sero rimwe nerimwe. Masero akasarudzwa anobva aunganidzwa kuti akurwe uye adzidzwe zvakadzama. Makumi ezviuru emasero ega ega anogona kubatwa panguva imwe chete, saka kuongororwa kwemasero eplasma akanaka kunogona kupedzwa nezuva rimwe chete. Muchina uyu une chiyero che60 ne80 ne170 masendimita.
About the Mubairo weGoridhe we A' Design Award
Mubairo weGoridhe we A' Design Award wakahwinwa ne Optical Sorting Sisitimu Yekusarudza Masero, rukudzo rwakakwirira kwazvo runopiwa kumadhizaini ekutanga, anoshamisa uye akanakisa. Vakunda veGoridhe mabasa ane zvitsva zvakawanda, ane chiratidzo uye anopenya, anoratidza njere, uchenjeri nehunyanzvi hwevagadziri vawo. Optical Sorting Sisitimu Yekusarudza Masero inotarisirwa kuva chigadzirwa chinorumbidzwa kwazvo, chinoita mafambiro matsva uye chakakura, chinopa kukosha kusati kwamboonekwa. Dhizaini iyi yakahwina Mubairo weGoridhe we A' Design Award basa rinoshamisa, rinoremekedzwa, rinobatsira zvikuru uye rinosundira mberi miganhu yehunyanzvi, sayenzi, dhizaini netekinoroji. Optical Sorting Sisitimu Yekusarudza Masero inomutsa manzwiro akasimba ekuda, inomutsa mwoyo, inokurudzira kugadzira uye inotikwezva.

- Production Technology
- Such products may utilize a variety of production technologies, including optical-induced dielectrophoresis, microfluidics, micro-nano fabrication, laser technology, imaging and detection, as well as automation and control. These technologies work in concert to achieve precise manipulation, efficient sorting, rapid analysis, and automated processing of cells, thereby providing powerful tools for biomedical research.
- Research
- In our research, we looked into a particular topic to gain more insights. We conducted experiments or studies, using various tools like scientific instruments or software, depending on what we were focusing on. If it involved people, we had participants; if it was about animals or cells, those were our subjects. Through our methods, we observed, collected data, and tested different conditions. The results revealed interesting findings, such as a new relationship or a significant change. These findings gave us new understandings and could point the way for future research.
- Inspiration
- The Optical Cell Sorting System is a breakthrough in cell sorting for biomedical research. It replaces time-consuming, sample-damaging manual sorting with optoelectronic dielectrophoresis, which precisely controls cells for efficient, undamaged sorting. This technology boosts accuracy and speed, providing a reliable, streamlined cell sorting and culture process. The Light Operator enhances lab efficiency, enabling scientists to advance cell research.
- Project Duration
- The project started in December 2020 in Beijing and finished in August 2023 in Beijing.
- Operation Flow
- First, the cells or other biological samples to be sorted are prepared and loaded into the microfluidic chip of the system. Then, the optical-induced dielectrophoresis technology is used to manipulate and sort the cells based on their properties. During this process, the imaging system captures the images of the cells, and the software analyzes the images in real-time to identify and classify the cells. Finally, the sorted cells are collected, and the results are output and processed for subsequent research.
