About The Z Shaped Creation Dhismo Deggenaansho
Z Shaped Creation waa dhismo deggenaansho oo bioclimatic ah oo ku yaal Fasoula, Cyprus. Qaabka cad ee xaraf-Z ah ayaa qeexaya dhismaha guud ee dhismaha. Meelaha gudaha waxaa loo habeeyay sida qaybo (volumes) la geliyay godadka qaabka cad. Naqshadu waxay raacaysaa qaabab fudud oo leh habka minimalist-ka ah, iyada oo leh kansariiga (concrete) muuqda, dusha alwaax oo waaweyn, iyo midab cad oo dhexdhexaad ah. Guriga wuxuu daboolayaa 230 mitir oo laba jibaaran, wuxuuna leeyahay saddex heer: hoos-dhismeed (basement) iyo laba dabaq oo kore. Hoos-dhismeedku wuxuu ku yaal jiirka dhulka, wuxuuna hayaa goobaha baabuurka, waxaana lagu dhisay dhagxaan (stone masonry).

- Unique Properties
- A bioclimatic house in Fasoula, where the creation of a white Z shaped form, characterizes the morphology of the building. The spaces were translated in volumes which created a composition that was placed into the cavities of this white form. The design is moved by simple geometries touching the modern minimalistic trends, which led to the use of exposed concrete, large wooden surfaces and the use of the neutral white color.

- Design Challenge
- The integration of bioclimatic methods into the development of the design, combined with the need of an operational building, was the main creative challenge of our design.
- Research
- Through our design, we wanted to investigate whether the integration of bioclimatic methods into the development of the design, could result a harmonious, functional composition.
- Inspiration
- The inspiration that triggered the design of this bioclimatic solar house in Fasoula, Cyprus, was the will to create a white Z shaped form, that was going to characterize the morphology of the building.
- Project Duration
- The design started in 2017, and the construction in 2019. The project was completed in 2020.
- Operation Flow
- A minimalistic three-level house, placed in a slope, with the parking spaces made in the earth, as a basement. This was built with stone masonry, willing to highlight the relationship between the building and the environment and to create a solid morphological base for the development of the design, which is moved by simple geometries touching the modern minimalist trends.
