About Jobcenter Berlin Dhismaha Maamulka

Jobcenter Berlin waa dhisme maamul ah oo ku yaal Berlin, Jarmalka, kaas oo la abuuray iyadoo la beddelayo Dhismaha dhaadheer ee Bornemann, oo ahaa balaadhinta guriga baladiyada ee 1960-meeyadii. Dhismaha diiwaangashan ayaa la casriyeeyay si buuxda si uu ula jaanqaado heerarka hadda jira ee dhismaha, tamarta iyo ilaalinta dabka, halka qorshayaasha dabaqyada loo hagaajiyay si waafaqsan baahiyaha isticmaalayaasha cusub. Alwaaxyada bir-laska ah ee la dhaqay iyo qaybaha daaqadaha waxaa dib loogu cusboonaysiiyay habka asalka ah, iyadoo la ogolaaday hay'adda ilaalinta hidaha taariikhiga ah. Darbiyada dhagaxa banaanka ka muuqda ee hoolalka ayaa la hagaajiyay oo la nadiifiyay. Qorshe midab oo cusub ayaa hagaya meelaha dadweynaha iyo marinnada.

Unique Properties
Conversion of the Bornemann High-rise into Jobcenter Berlin:
The extension of the town hall from the 1960s in Berlin was converted and technically as well as energetically updated to the latest technological standards. A special influence on the plans for the transformation of the listed ensemble was the preservation of the draft character of Fritz Bornemann. The conversion and interior renovation has created a striking example of preserving a building from the post-war modern era.

Production Technology
When renewing the washed concrete slabs, the existing light parapets and the dark opaque outer wall surfaces of the window bands were designed as smoothly cleaned surfaces, in consultation with the monument protection authority. For reasons of carrying capacity of the existing structure and economy, this intervention had to be made in the protected facade.
Design Challenge
A special influence on the plans for the transformation of the listed ensemble was the preservation of the draft character of Fritz Bornemann.
Research
The ensemble today is a significant example of modern post-war architecture and is a listed building. The judgment of the jury in 1955 was: "The urban development in the large green area south of the old town hall is excellent."
Inspiration
Taking into account the 1960s Bornemann design, SSP Rüthnick Architekten adapted the energetic upgrade of the facades, the modernization of the building technology and the fire protection, as well as the floor plan structure to the space requirements of the new users. Structurally and in terms of energy efficiency, the 50yearold building complex no longer met the current requirements and had to be extensively repaired and rebuilt for its new use as a job center and vocational information center.
Project Duration
Realization: 2013-2018
Location: Berlin, Germany
Operation Flow
The window elements, taking into account today's energy and building physics requirements, were completely renewed, according to the original model.
Inside the building, all walls made of exposed masonry remained in the hallways. They were repaired and cleaned in the course of the construction work. A new color concept is the basis of the design of public areas and corridors.
