About Campus 90 Hoyga Ardayda Iyo Hoteelku

Campus 90 wuxuu isku daraa hawlaha hoyga ardayda, hoteelka iyo xarunta shirarka. Dhismuhu waxa uu ku yaalaa agagaarka dariiqa u dhexeeya labada boulevard ee waaweyn ee magaalada Varna. Tani waa maalgashigii ugu weynaa ee gaar loo leeyahay ee dhismo noocan oo kale ah oo ku yaal magaalada waxayna ka jawaabeysaa xiisaha sii kordhaya ee ardayda ee jaamacadaha. Fikradda maal-galiyaha ayaa ah in ay bixiso ma aha oo kaliya xaalado nololeed oo aad u wanaagsan, laakiin sidoo kale in la abuuro shuruudo badan oo la xiriira isgaarsiinta iyo wadashaqeynta ardayda dhexdooda.

Unique Properties: "Campus 90" combines the functions of a student dormitory, hotel and conference center. The building is located next to the roundabout between two main boulevards in the city of Varna. This is the largest private investment in such a building in the city and responds to the increasing interest of students to the universities. The investor's concept is to provide not only excellent living conditions, but also to create numerous prerequisites for communication and teamwork between students.
Dimensions & Packaging: A high rise building with a hight of 60 meters, containing 15 students' rooms per floor. The first 3 floors have common parts - lobby, conference and meeting rooms, restaurant, fitnes centre.
Tags: CAMPUS, students
Production Technology: Fiber-cement plates and glass
Design Challenge: The building was initially made for office building and redesigned for students' dormitory building. The challenge was to implement the new function in the structure model.
Inspiration: The architects chose a relatively simple silhouette that would serve as a benchmark and be easily perceived by the high-speed cars passing along the two boulevards and the roundabout. Implementing the program at a height has other advantages - freeing up more areas for landscaping and providing unique views of the sea and the city from the rooms. The movement and speed also inspired the colour solution of the facade, which is a pixelated spiral rotating around the parallelepiped of the building
Project Duration: The project started in 2008 and was completed in October 2022
Operation Flow: This building has a mixed use - a students' dormitory, a short term hotel for students, meeting rooms, study, lobby, restaurant and sports centre.
