About House LW27 Guri Gaar ah

House LW27 waa guri gaar ah oo laga dhisay goob aad u yar oo ku taal deegaan la degan yahay. Qaabka cad ee dhismuhu wuxuu ka soo horjeedaa qaybaha dhagaxa dabiiciga ah ee qallafsan. Derbiyada cad ee la shubay, dhulka alwaaxda geedka oak, iyo dhagaxa dabiiciga ah oo loo isticmaalay dhulka, musqulaha, qiiqbixiyeyaasha iyo derbiyada ayaa qaabeeya gudaha guriga. Dabaqa hoose waxaa ku yaal qorshe furan oo si xor ah ugu socda bari ilaa galbeed ee barkadda dabaasha dhinaceeda. Daaqado wareega ah oo dhulka ilaa saqafka gaaraya ayaa isku xira gudaha iyo dibadda sanadka oo dhan. Dabaqa sare waxaa ku yaal qolal jiif oo leh musqulo gaar ah. Balakoon saqaf ah oo dhir lagu beeray ayaa dhulkii la xiray dib ugu celinaya dabeecadda.

Research: A sensual minimalistic atmosphere is carefully detailed with great attention to natural and artificial lighting.
Inspiration: In high class residential area, a large volume residence had to be constructed on a relatively small site.
Next to a giant outdoor pool there was almost no space for a garden. So, the idea was to put the garden onto the roof and work close to the concept of a zero-seal house which means the sealed areas are given back to nature on the rooftop.
Project Duration: The project started in 2020 in Munich and finished in 2023
Operation Flow: The borders of the side are hidden by a whole series of newly planted canopying trees, which provide natural Sun protection.
On ground level an open floor plan flows freely from east to west along the pool. Floor to ceiling sliding windows allowing inside outside living all year.
On the upper floor is the bedroom area with ensuite bathrooms and separate dressing facilities.
The lush planted roof terrace with whirlpool is reserved for the hardworking parents.
