Rreth Academy Dizajn i Brendshëm i Zyrës

"Academy" është një hapësirë e brendshme zyre e projektuar për punën e përditshme, evente të kompanisë dhe seanca trajnimi. Hyrja ndriçohet nga një trup ndriçues gjashtëkëndor që pasqyron sfondin kimik të kompanisë. Ndarjet prej qelqi të mbushura me kapsula xhelatine sigurojnë privatësi dhe i referohen industrisë farmaceutike. Zonat rehatëse për ndenjje, një kafene, një bibliotekë dhe salla mbledhjesh me grafika, ekrane interaktive dhe diagrame informative krijojnë një atmosferë edukative. Druri i ngrohtë, ndenjëset prej lëkure dhe muret blu të errët plotësojnë hapësirën prej 650 metrash katrorë, të organizuar në tre kate të barabarta.

Academy Dizajn i Brendshëm i Zyrës është fitues i Çmimit të Hekurt A' Design Award, një njohje prestigjioze që u akordohet dizajneve të mira që plotësojnë kërkesat profesionale e industriale që priten nga krijimet e dizajnuara mirë. Fituesit e Hekurt shfaqin aftësi të madhe, specializim të lartë, kuptim ekspert dhe kapacitet krijues të autorëve të tyre. Academy Dizajn i Brendshëm i Zyrës pritet të jetë një krijim shumë i vlerësuar, i admiruar e i dashur, praktik dhe inovativ. Ky dizajn fitues i Çmimit të Hekurt A' Design Award integron praktikat më të mira të industrisë dhe ka karakteristika teknike të afta, të lidhura me njohuri dhe talent. Academy Dizajn i Brendshëm i Zyrës respektohet për përpikërinë e tij dhe është dizajnuar për të ofruar përmirësime të cilësisë së jetës që ndihmojnë ta bëjnë botën një vend më të mirë.

Veçoritë Unike: An ergonomic yet educational and inspiring setting to serve company events and offices. The entrance is lit by hexagonal lighting fixture, designed to reflect the chemistry background of the company, as well as various glass partitions filled with gelatin capsules. To create an educational friendly atmosphere we introduced casual seating areas, a cafe and meeting rooms with graphics narrating the company story, multimedia interactive screens, a library, and information diagrams.
Dimensionet & Paketimi: The project's total area is 650 metre square.
Three equal floors 216.6 metres square each.

Teknologjia e Prodhimit: The floating hexagonal formation of solid wooden frames and lights together with the exposed metallic ventilation system at the entrance represents the industrial pharmaceutical business of the company. The mixture of warm natural wood, leather seats, glass partitions and textile curtains gave the space a genuine look while the dark blue color walls and featured doors represent again knowledge and learning.
Sfida e Dizajnit: The main problem was the tight deadline that coincided with the company re-branding activities which created many constrains that were resolved by customizing many items on site. Also the onsite construction of the glass partitions with the capsules was challenging to produce consistent and void free aesthetic partitions.
Kërkimi: We studied employees needs, spending time at the company to come up with valuable working methods that serves future growth as well as the ethical culture in the company. Selecting suitable quotes and posters to represent each meeting room as one of the company branches across the world was an eye opener to users, while filling the glass partitions with gelatin capsules to achieve privacy in some spaces add an elegant charm to the offices and emphasis the pharmaceutical industry.

We approached the project by introducing educational design concepts to create a multidisciplinary office and meeting space, taking the company history and growth and geographical reach mixed with the family culture to reflect on this simple yet modern and friendly open space design.
Kohëzgjatja e Projektit: The project started in May 2018 and finished in October 2018 in Amman Jordan.
Rrjedha e Operimit: Dynamic space allows employees to experience new concepts of work through learning in a positive and creative atmosphere and sense of belonging. A variety of working setups were introduced; benches, high desks, traditional desks, casual seating areas, interactive screens altogether to encourage performance in a productive and creative way. The space is used also to hold events, seminars and training sessions.
