About Jinxiu Mansion Dizajni i Brendshëm i Zyrës së Shitjeve

Jinxiu Mansion është një ambient i brendshëm i një zyre shitjesh i vendosur në Huizhou. Projekti mbulon një sipërfaqe prej 1100 metrash katrorë dhe u përfundua në mars të vitit 2020. Dizajni ndjek idenë se më pak është më shumë, dhe secilës zonë i jepet karakteri i vet brenda një stili të unifikuar. Në shkallë, guri kombinohet me plastikë të përforcuar me fibra qelqi për të evokuar një shkëmb në thellësi të detit. Në zonën e tavolinës me rërë, një instalacion në formë vale nga linja akrilike të elektrogalvanizuara varet sipër një tavoline me rërë të bardhë. Linjat e thjeshta dhe pak ornamente krijojnë një atmosferë të qetë.

Unique Properties: As for the overall view of this case, the designer incisively and vividly expressed the functions and features in different regions under the carrier of artistic creation. When endowing different regions with different features, the designer also commendably maintained high uniformity of the overall space style. By following the idea of "less is more", the designer traced the origin of interior design, returned to the original intention of architectural aesthetics.

Production Technology: The artwork in the staircase has the meaning of "rock in deep sea". The straightforward stone is combined with the modern glass fiber reinforced plastics. They not only perfectly echo with the theme, but also make the building closer to nature.
Design Challenge: The design of the reception hall looks elegant and fresh, as excessive elaborate decorations are avoided at the front desk. Instead, simple materials are spliced and combined with the concave element, to create a rich sense of depth and provide people with a new experience. Therefore, the soft accessories are based on the quintessence of space design, and an elegant scene atmosphere is presented in a free-flowing modern way.
Research: On the second floor, the VIP Room is the most eye-catching: concise and clean lines can be seen everywhere from furniture to wall decoration. Similar to discussion area, the room values simplicity: unnecessary vanities omitted, the whole space is exquisite but not tedious, presenting a purified visual sense. Notably, by making full use of the "leftover space", the display cabinet activates the whole space with slight embellishment of few exquisite artworks.
Inspiration: When conceiving, the designer combined the local culture and historical context according to regional characteristics, and dialogued with the space through the language of modern installation art, in order to realize resonance in visual sense, touch and spirit, which creates a new artistic appeal.
Project Duration: The project started in November 2019 in Huizhou and finished in March 2020 in Huizhou.
Operation Flow: In the sand table area, the red bulb lamp at the door has weakened the oppression produced by the stone, and broken the dull atmosphere. The wave-like artistic installation floats in the sky, and the electroplated acrylic lines shine under the sunlight, making the contracted space filled with rich rhythm and cadence. Under the collocation of the hard-giant white sand table below, a quiet atmosphere runs through the whole space, leaving endless fanciful thoughts with few ornaments.
