Teksti i Librit: Mountain Court Apartment është një dizajn i brendshëm rezidencial për një familje me katër anëtarë në Homantin, Hong Kong. Planimetria origjinale e vitit 1985 kishte dy dhoma gjumi; plani i ri ofron tre dhoma gjumi dhe hapësirë të mjaftueshme ruajtjeje. Një kuzhinë e hapur mbështet argëtimin dhe mund të mbyllet gjatë gatimit. Një tavan i lakuar me kordon të dyfishtë zbut ndriçimin dhe lehtëson lartësinë e ulët të tavanit të trashëguar nga ndërtesa. Dyshemeja prej guri në perimetër pasqyron tavanin për të përcaktuar zonat e ndenjes dhe të ngrënies. Një tavolinë ngrënieje e personalizuar përdor një material të importuar të quajtur Forresso, i përshtatur me pjesën e pasme të raftit të ekspozimit.

Whilst the siblings are quite young the parents want them to share more time together whilst they are young and have the opportunity to enclosed it with movable partition for privacy as they gets older

Casalis Slumber pouffes matching Magis Rocky horse were carefully specified to match the Andrew Martin wall coverings to create a playful yet meaningful to the sibling as they love ponies

With no walls or doors to act as barriers, both the breeze and sunlight from windows around your house can filter through uninterrupted.
Frymëzimi: The original layout of of this building by New World Development back in 1985 was 2 bedroom layout, the client is a family of 4 and requested 3 bedroom layout with plenty of storage.

The owner likes to entertain guests, so has planned the open kitchen design, there is also opportunity to enclosed the kitchen during cooking or family time.

A mixture of Maxalto bar chair , B&B Italia Husk and De Castelli furnishing provide a classic yet contemporary approach to the living and dinning space.

The building itself integrated light weight brick at the underside of the slab for soundproofing, in which the low ceiling was inherited from this building. The design approach of this is to create a double curve cove ceiling to smoothen out the lights onto the ceiling to create a natural blend of lighting.
