About City Archipelago Plani Kryesor i Distriktit Urban

City Archipelago është një plan i distriktit urban për një sipërfaqe prej 15 hektarësh në Nënqendrën Zhenru të Distriktit Putuo, Shangai. Plani e shndërron një zonë të dikurshme industriale të braktisur (brownfield) në një distrikt të përzier me funksione zyrash, banimi dhe inovacioni digjital. Zonat ujore dhe të gjelbra funksionojnë si infrastrukturë e gjelbër që ndihmon në menaxhimin e përmbytjeve nga stuhitë dhe përmirëson jetën e përditshme në qytet. Ndërtesat e gjelbra janë vendosur në një rregullim të lirshëm, duke formuar ishuj. Objektet e shërbimeve të biznesit përgjatë rrugës kryesore të qytetit zvogëlojnë zhurmën dhe shpërqendrimin vizual.

Ecospace in concentrated urban areas holds lasting appeal for locals and entrepreneurs and breathes new life into the region.
Project Duration: The project is located in Zhenru Subcenter, Putuo District, Shanghai. The design started in March 2021 and completed in August 2021. The construction is in full swing.
Operation Flow: Blend and economy
A blend of office, residential and digital innovation functions maintain the streets' vigor. Transit-oriented development in the east is economically balanced with large open space in the west, thus enabling the project to progress.
