About Grand Mansion Dizajn i Brendshëm i Shtëpisë Model

Grand Mansion është një dizajn i brendshëm i shtëpisë model që shtrihet në 110 metra katrorë në Guangzhou. Dhoma e ndenjes hoq divanin tradicional dhe murin e sfondit. Një tavolinë e gjatë shumëfunksionale mbështet mëngjesin, video-konferencat, punën, studimin dhe çajin e pasdites. Ambienti i brendshëm ndahet në zona të përbashkëta për pushim, punë dhe magazinim. Një kabinet horizontal shumëfunksional shpërndan kufirin ndërmjet zonës së ndenjes dhe asaj të ngrënies. Materialet përfshijnë bojë artistike, veshje muri me teksturë, furnir druri, mermer dhe tullë. Unique Properties: The designers have conducted the actual understanding and analysis of the hostess's habits and hobbies. Accordingly, in this case design, the living room no longer has the traditional sofa and background wall, a long table will meet most of the use scenarios: breakfast, video conference, work, study, afternoon tea and so on. The design concept of intermediary came into being, and the designers no longer pursue a single design logic.

Production Technology: The main materials in this project are artistic paint, environment-friendly coiled material with texture, wood veneer, marble, brick, etc.
Design Challenge: The proportion of objects in space is "random" , like the branches of a tree. From shape, color and subtle texture, objects will be rearranged and combined after being touched and used. It is just like when a plant experiences wind, frost, rain and snow during its growth. It will change its shape.
Research: The way of modern urbanite life person, changes with each passing day. Depending on the personality or the actual needs to work, there is a world of difference. Accommodation is not only refers to the regular living space, but also means multi-area, multi-functional mixed use. Therefore, at different times, different situations, there will be different instant feelings, the mixed feelings of life to release different emotions.
Inspiration: Contemporary young consumer groups, with the impact of the epidemic, the residential use function has undergone tremendous changes. Now the living space can not only have simple functions, it needs more combination of work and rest, diversification, more practical and intimate function superposition, which is the original intention of the design concept of compound residence.
Project Duration: The project started in July 2022 in Guangzhou and finished in September 2022 in Guangzhou.
