To this end, the design team has developed an anti reverse mechanism inspired by a cable tie, which supports only one way operation. The sliding component on the the base shell features an outer protrusion that can precisely fit into the serrated edges on the lock body, ensuring secure locking and preventing reverse separation. This innovative design achieves stability without the need for screws.

- Emphasizing efficient assembly, easy maintenance, and green production, the lock boasts two split parts: a lock body and an anti reverse base shell for a no screw design. This simplifies assembly, lowers maintenance costs, and eliminates electroplated screws. Over 80 percent of the lock is made from environmental friendly ABS, making it lightweight and resistant to bumps and scratches.
