About Tranquil Oasis Dizajn i Brendshëm i Lobit Komercial

Oaza e Qetësisë është një dizajn lobi për ndërtesa komerciale me trafik të lartë. Ambienti i brendshëm përdor gur natyral me teksturë, dru të ngrohtë dhe gjelbërim të gjallë për të krijuar një atmosferë të qetë. Tonet e ngrohta dhe të tokëzuara si bezhë dhe tope kombinohen me forma të thjeshta gjeometrike. Aksesorë të vegjël si stoli shtojnë detaje të rafinuara pa e mbingarkuar hapësirën. Ndriçimi LED i ngrohtë dhe i rregullueshëm, si dhe finiturat e qëndrueshme me përmbajtje të ulët VOC, aplikohen në të gjithë ambientin. Elementet modulare mundësojnë përshtatjen e dizajnit për lobie nga 60 deri në 300 metra katrorë. Qëllimi është krijimi i një hapësire të qetë dhe mikpritëse, e përshtatshme si për pushim ashtu edhe për punë.

Unique Properties: This project crafts a high-traffic commercial space with artistic flair and a welcoming ambiance. Natural textures, warm tones, and simple geometry blend to create a tranquil, luxurious environment. Artful details and jewelry-like accessories balance opulence with understated elegance. Stone, wood, and greenery evoke nature, fostering a sophisticated yet serene atmosphere, ideal for both leisure and work.

Production Technology: Utilized natural materials: textured stone, warm wood accents, and integrated lush greenery. Geometric forms were balanced with organic textures. Earth tones (beige, taupe) created a tranquil ambiance. Jewelry-like accessories added refined detail. Emphasis on precise craftsmanship for a luxurious, understated feel.
Design Challenge: Challenge: balancing luxury with diverse lobby sizes. Historic Hong Kong lobbies can feel cold. Socially, we aimed for inclusive calm. Production: sourcing consistent natural materials for varied scales. Technology: modularity to adapt, not compromise. Information: ensuring designs felt cohesive across spaces. Overcoming: detailed material studies, flexible design systems, and constant user feedback.
Research: We aimed to make busy lobbies feel peaceful. We looked at how people move and feel in spaces. We tried different stones, woods, and plants. We asked people what they liked. We found that natural things and warm colors relax people. Also, we learned how to make the design fit lobbies of any size. This makes lobbies nicer to be in, less stressful, and good for work or relaxing.
Inspiration: Drawing inspiration from biophilic design, this project seeks to integrate natural elements into a modern commercial space. The use of warm, earthy tones like beige and taupe, coupled with textured stone and wood, suggests a nod to organic architecture and serene landscapes. The emphasis on simple geometric forms and jewelry-like details hints at a fusion of minimalist and luxurious aesthetics, possibly influenced by Scandinavian design principles with subtle, opulent accents.
Project Duration: 1 year and all areas of Hong Kong
Operation Flow: Walk into calm. This lobby flows. Natural stone, warm wood, plants guide you. Light shifts softly. Spaces adapt, big or small. Feel luxury, not noise. It's easy to find your way, to relax or work. Every detail, like jewelry, adds peace. It's a smooth, welcoming journey.
