About Cornerstone of House Dizajn i Brendshëm Rezidencial

Cornerstone of House është një dizajn i brendshëm rezidencial për një apartament prej 85 metrash katrorë në Taipei. Shtëpia ndodhet pranë një zone shkollore dhe një parku. Hapësira origjinale është e vogël dhe tavani i ulët, gjë që kufizon vendosjen e tubacioneve të ajrit të kondicionuar. Një tavan i lakuar, pllaka të ndryshme dhe muret me ngjyra krijojnë një përvojë hapësinore të veçantë. Ngjyra përdoret për të përcaktuar funksionin dhe shtrirjen e secilës zonë. Muri i zyrës është përgjysmuar për të ruajtur furnizimin me energji elektrike për tavolinën dhe për të shtuar hapësirë ruajtjeje. Materialet përfshijnë mermer, çelik inox, hekur dhe xham të fortësuar.

Unique Properties: This is a space of 85 square meters. It is located near the school district and the park. The overall construction is small, the relatively small indoor space, and the low ceiling of the original, which also makes the design worry about the air conditioning pipeline.

Design Challenge: Different material ground stitching
Inspiration: Lively, cheerful, and distinct personal color, are the first impressions of the homeowner from the design team.
And because of the first impressions, by using curved ceiling, diverse tiles, colorful walls, to create a unique space experience for the homeowner.
Because of the small space. The design team have split the entire wall of the study into half. Keep only the second half to allow the desk power supply to meet the needs, and to separate a storage space.
Color is the most direct perception of human beings through vision.
Use color to distinguish the function, scope and definition of space.
Project Duration: Completed in Taipei in February 2019, starting in March 2019
