About Golden Black Rhyme Dizajn i Brendshëm Rezidencial

Golden Black Rhyme është një dizajn i brendshëm rezidencial për një shtëpi katërkatëshe prej 212 metrash katrorë. Tema vjen nga një pikturë abstrakte në tone të arta dhe të zeza, e vendosur mbi divan. Materialet, ngjyrat dhe mobiljet në hapësirë shtrihen nga piktura, ndërsa vijat e saj krijojnë ekuilibër vizual. Kati i parë përmban sallonin dhe kuzhinën e hapur, ku një strukturë çeliku me hapje shërben si ekran për ashensorin dhe vazhdon deri në tavanin e kuzhinës, duke integruar daljen e ajrit dhe dritat e ngulitura. Katet e sipërme janë hapësira private për tre gjenerata.

Unique Properties: As the project name, the painting overlap with golden and black color is the theme of this case. Therefore, most of the elements, materials and color of furniture color in space are extended from it. The liners of painting perfectly comprise visually balance, become the highlight of space.
Dimensions & Packaging: This is a 212 m2 fourth floor building, which including first floor living room and opened-kitchen, second floor contains master bedroom with locker room and bathroom, two bedrooms on third floor, bedroom of grandparents and shrine on fourth floor.

Design Challenge: The biggest challenge is technical has only one chance to splint joint the television main wall in the living room because of lamina material. The difficulty of construction had increased to eliminate the presence of huge pillar on the left bevel.
Research: The plan of this space is to create maximum comfort for three generations, they share their cheerful enjoyment of life, but also having their own privacy. Therefore, different floor has different set up, first floor is the public area for interaction, a suspended cabinet is boundary for living room and kitchen. Second to fourth floor are private areas for three generations. Simple materials and colors had been used to meet the spindle of space, vitality was infused through different proportions.
Inspiration: The client expects his house is elegant and full of fun. Designer then makes the painting on top of the sofa as inspiration, it is also the favorite of client. The painting is abstract and full of oriental flavor, which meets the client expectation. In order to create a space that fulfills three generations, the space is used to be simple, comfortable.
Project Duration: The project finished in March, 2019 in Taichung City, Taiwan.
Operation Flow: To keep the original structure of this house, designer makes use of iron hanger with penetration on the wall of first floor living room, it can also be the visual screen in front of the elevator. This steel hanger extends to the kitchen ceiling, modifies and integrating the air outlet, together with the recessed light, activated the space atmosphere.
