About Trex Dizajn Posteri

Trex është një poster i dizajnuar për të prezantuar një motor të ri miqësor me mjedisin, të zhvilluar nga një kompani e turbomakinerive. Posteri ka përmasa 700 me 1000 milimetra dhe prodhohet me shtypje dixhitale. Përmbajtja vizuale shpjegon se si motori përmirëson efikasitetin e djegies dhe redukton humbjen e brendshme të energjisë. Një sistem kushinetash me ajër rrit fuqinë e kompresorit me 30 për qind dhe mbështet punën me emetime të ulëta. Pjesë të tilla si guaska dhe kanalet e ajrit janë formësuar me kurba dhe sipërfaqe B-Spline për të përmirësuar efikasitetin e rrjedhës së ajrit. Design Challenge: The challenges of this design are (a)the way of combination between science and art; (b)research about various properties of B-Splines.
Research: Trex is a new and environment-friendly engine product from Birmingham High Performance Turbomachinery. Compared with other engines nowadays, it improves combustion efficiency and reduces the internal loss of energy by radical engine configuration and design. Its Advanced air bearing system improves compressor power by 30% and provides a low emission running. Necessary parts are designed with B-Spline curves and surfaces, contributing to enhancing the airflow efficiency such as the casing, the inlet/outlet air ducts and so on. Like the lotus growing in the pond, Trex is the revolution of traditional engine design.

Project Duration: The project started in October 2018 in The United Kingdom and finished in July 2019 in The United Kingdom.
Operation Flow: It ideally echoes the role of mathematics as an interface between science and art, and demonstrates that B-Spline and CFD can form an excellent combination of science and arts and provide a powerful tool for creating and analyzing arts.
