About Baoxiang Of Grey Dizajn i Brendshëm Rezidencial

Baoxiang of Grey është një dizajn i brendshëm rezidencial për një shtëpi familjare prej 200 metrash katrorë. Planimetria u organizua pas diskutimeve të hollësishme me çdo anëtar të familjes, në mënyrë që lëvizja midis zonave funksionale të përputhet me zakonet e përditshme. Muret dhe dyshemetë janë në ngjyrë gri, ndërsa dyshemeja e dhomës së ndenjes është finiturë me poliuretan, një material që pastrohet lehtësisht. Dollapët e zinj sigurojnë 60 metra katrorë hapësirë ruajtjeje. Një ndarëse prej xhami transparent e ndan dhomën e video-projeksionit nga dhoma e ndenjes, duke ruajtur dritën natyrore dhe kontaktin vizual midis dy hapësirave.

Unique Properties: Residential design. Black, white, gray and simple lines. To ensure the brightness of natural lighting, redesigned gray space，Make the owner's activity line more reasonable. Gray ground, gray metope deserves to go up black cabinet contracted and not simple. Between the video room and the living room with transparent glass partition, ensure the daylighting at the same time there are two Spaces of communication. The walls and floors are grey, the living room floor is made of polyurethane.
Host asks for very big Storage space, so whole space arranged the cabinet of 60 square metre.

Production Technology: In order to keep the ground and walls the same gray color, the final choice is polyurethane. Polyurethane is a well - realized material. It's environmentally friendly and easy to clean, which is important for families. It is worth mentioning that the junction between polyurethane and floor tile ,we use metal strip closure to prevent cracking and aesthetics.
A cabinet of 60 square meters is a large area for an ordinary family. Have store content ark, big shoe ark, chest, communicate their use demand repeatedly with householder, revise design drawing, householder is very satisfied with cabinet finally.
Design Challenge: Decoration budget is limited, from the design to consider environmental protection, practicality, comfort, beautiful, this is a challenge for us.The original floor was cracked and uneven, so using polyurethane was a big challenge.
Research: This is a private space designed from many aspects: comfort, practicality, habits of life, taste.
Inspiration: The design was inspired by painting. In the complicated city life, every new item will add to our new tiredness. Filter impurities to simplify, black and white gray is the most straightforward visual touch.
Project Duration: The project started in June 2019 in kunming and finished in Dec 2019 in kunming,China.
Operation Flow: After detailed communication with each family member, arrange the floor plan according to living habits. Reasonably arrange the moving line between each functional area.Our emphasis is on comfort and practicality, all without the use of expensive materials and complex craftsmanship.
