About Guiyang Vanke Guanhu Sales Center Enterijer prodajnog centra

Prodajni centar Guiyang Vanke Guanhu je enterijer površine 1000 kvadratnih metara namenjen prodaji nekretnina, smešten pored jezera u Kini. Raspored je otvoren i integrisan. Visoka polica sa knjigama i umetničkim delima čini deo jednog zida. Svetli tonovi uravnotežuju velike arhitektonske strukture i dodaju osećaj slojevitosti. Vodeni bar se nadovezuje na prostore za odmor i pregovore, stvarajući društvenu tačku. Prozorske roletne otkrivaju delove spoljašnjeg pejzaža. Udubljena struktura i kružni sedeći kutak pružaju različite uglove posmatranja. Materijali obuhvataju mermer, brušeni nerđajući čelik u boji bronze, čeličnu mrežu i drveni furnir.

Design Challenge
Three challenges confronted by the design team as follows:
1. How to create an emotional space that makes residents immersed in a natural interior space the same as the outdoor environment?
2. How to express the landscaped place hidden in the prosperous city and build a lively functional space that is available for residents to image a wonderful life?
3. How to artfully integrate people"s spiritual world, natural environment and space, in order to interpret the position of this sales center?
Research
The project presents a living environment that connects to nature and keeps a certain distance from the bustling downtown of the city. Superior lake landscape resources not only fully showcase local characteristics, but also indicate a direction for future lifestyles. The project emphasizes bringing life back to nature, and presents various possibilities for the future.
Inspiration
This project is about exploring the boundary between the near and the far, and finding the balance between nature and the bustling city. It's a space that enables people to get close to nature while immersing in artistic interior scenes.
The project is situated at a plot which boasts enchanting lake view, isolated from the bustling downtown area. Taking advantage of the natural surroundings, the design team tried to build a space that integrates with mountains and water.
Project Duration
The project started in November 2019 and finished in May 2020 in China.
Operation Flow
Featuring artistic aesthetics and minimalism, the space stimulates people to interact with nature. The window blinds reveal part of the outside scenery, and immerse the visitors in the beauty of nature.
The entire wall at the in-depth negotiation area is highlighted by books and artworks, without any other adornments. The sunken structure breaks the empty feeling while also enriching visual experiences. Moreover, the circular seating booth provides different angles of view.
