Urbani baštenski breskov vrt je enterijer vile površine 1800 kvadratnih metara. Prvi sprat je organizovan prema scenama života i putanjama kretanja. Predvorje je okrenuto prema centralnom dvorištu, gde borovi formiraju prirodan pogled kroz prozor. Spuštena dnevna soba i trpezarija smeštene su pored dvorišta, odvojene ali ne zatvorene, tako da prostor izgleda otvoren i svetao. - The first floor is shaped according to the living scenes and moving lines. The porch faces the central courtyard, and the pine trees form a natural picture in the window with the shadow of trees and clouds.
A sunken living room and a dining room is planned next to the courtyard, separated but not sealed, which looks very spacious and bright.
