About Dragon Primarna funkcija: Dizajn enterijera restorana
Dragon je enterijer restorana smešten unutar poslovne zgrade za finansijske tehnologije u Pekingu. Dizajn obuhvata 2500 kvadratnih metara i teži smirenoj atmosferi zasnovanoj na prirodnim elementima. Glavni izazov bio je to što se 80 procenata prostora za obedovanje nalazi pod zemljom i ne prima prirodnu svetlost. Priroda se stoga simulira. Vodopad i bazen oblikovani su od livenog betona uz pomoć digitalne tehnologije, a bakarna pačad kao da plivaju po površini. Privatne trpezarije podsećaju na oblik doline, sa biljkama i godišnjim dobima, a simulirana svetlost podržava ove zatvorene prostore.

- Unique Properties
- The Dragon Restaurant is located in the Financial Tech office building. A relaxing restaurant atmosphere with natural elements is sought. One of challenges is that 80% of the dining space is located underground and therefore there is no natural light. There is a balance between Financial Tech and nature.

- Inspiration
- Nature is simulated: one by casting a "waterfall" and "pool" via digital tech. Some copper ducklings even "swim" on this cast installation. Because of the long cold winters, outdoor-waterscapes are not suitable in Beijing, but people love water features. Another simulation is to imitate the shape of a valley and various plants and different seasons in the private dining rooms which are without windows and natural light.
