Binhai Second Sub je centar za optometriju u Tjenjinu. Enterijer se prostire na 373 kvadratna metra i objedinjuje medicinske, maloprodajne i umetničke elemente. Fasada ima jednostavan oblik sa dinamičnim promenama boje. Jasni lukovi su integrisani sa unutrašnjim rasporedom prostora kako bi oblikovali celinu. Precizna cirkulaciona ruta omogućava potpuno iskorišćenje ograničenog prostora. Na drugom spratu se nalazi centar za pregled, gde razgranati dizajn stvara mirnu i otvorenu atmosferu. Materijali koji su korišćeni uključuju drvo, metalne plafone, zelene biljke, elektrifikovano nanometarsko staklo i kožne sofe po meri.

- Communicate design elements with the client for many times, constantly revise the design, and finally finalize the existing design.After the design is determined, it also needs to carry out floor transformation, communication with the fire department, product production, on-site decoration, soft outfit selection and so on.
