Gradski Arhipelag je urbanistički plan gradske četvrti za lokaciju od 15 hektara u podcentru Ženru, u okrugu Putuo, Šangaj. Plan pretvara nekadašnje napušteno industrijsko zemljište u mešovitu četvrt sa poslovnim, stambenim i digitalno-inovativnim funkcijama. Vodene i zelene površine funkcionišu kao zelena infrastruktura koja pomaže u upravljanju poplavama izazvanim olujama i unapređuje svakodnevni život u gradu. Zelene zgrade su raspoređene u rastresitom obrascu, formirajući ostrva. Objekti poslovnih usluga duž glavne gradske saobraćajnice smanjuju buku i vizuelne smetnje.

Design Challenge: Water and green are key to urban islands. They serve as green infrastructure to help manage storm floods and improve citizen experience, and are the brand-new epitome of urban brownfield transition.

Ecospace in concentrated urban areas holds lasting appeal for locals and entrepreneurs and breathes new life into the region.
Project Duration: The project is located in Zhenru Subcenter, Putuo District, Shanghai. The design started in March 2021 and completed in August 2021. The construction is in full swing.
Operation Flow: Blend and economy
A blend of office, residential and digital innovation functions maintain the streets' vigor. Transit-oriented development in the east is economically balanced with large open space in the west, thus enabling the project to progress.
