Next Collection je stambeni kompleks projektovan u odnosu na predeo Green Cape-a. Zgrada se sastoji od tri nezavisna krila postavljena na podijumu koji sadrži baštu. Krov se koristi kao društveni prostor sa restoranom, barom i bazenom. Raspored krila omogućava jasan protok između stanova i bašte na podijumu. Enterijer prati minimalistički pristup sa nautičkom temom i smirenom paletom boja. Dizajn kombinuje organske forme sa okolnom topografijom.
