Gotska poslastica je makaron dizajniran oko gotičke vizuelne teme. Školjke su crne boje, obojene aktivnim ugljem prehrambenog kvaliteta, i izrađene od fino mlevenog brašna od badema, šećera u prahu i odležanih belanaca. Oštri komadići badema i vrhovi u bronzanom tonu čine dekoraciju, dajući ovom malom dezertu dramatičan izgled. Koncept je prvo razvijen uz pomoć platforme za generisanje slika zasnovane na veštačkoj inteligenciji, a zatim izrađen ručno. Svaki makaron je fiksiran unutar mat crne kutije, koja štiti oblik i površinu sve dok se kutija ne otvori.
