Gambo je hermetički zatvorena posuda dizajnirana za čuvanje zrna kafe. Posuda ima dvoslojnu strukturu i dvostruko zaptivanje pomoću kopče i silikonskog prstena, čime se ograničava prenos toplote i sprečava prodor kiseonika. Jednosmerni ventil za vazduh omogućava oslobađanje ugljen-dioksida nastalog tokom prženja. Merač vlažnosti prikazuje nivo vlage u realnom vremenu, tako da se posuda po potrebi može premestiti na pogodnije mesto. Disk za beleženje datuma na vrhu i metalna oglasna pločica omogućavaju beleženje informacija o skladištenju. Spoljašnje kućište je izrađeno od ABS plastike, dok je unutrašnja obloga od nerđajućeg čelika.

It lets users promptly adjust the placement of the canister, ensuring the bean under the best storage conditions. Users can utilize the date recording disc on the top of the canister to note the date. With the metal bulletin board, users can document the information on the coffee beans stored, facilitating a visual assessment of the coffee bean freshness at a later stage.
