About Rural Student Friendly Višenamenska lampa

Rural Student Friendly je višenamenska lampa dizajnirana za učenike u ruralnim područjima Kine, gde je noćno osvetljenje često ograničeno. Lampa objedinjuje tri funkcije: stonu lampu za učenje, baterijsku lampu za noćnu upotrebu napolju i ambijentalno osvetljenje. Telo lampe se izvlači naviše i rotira kako bi se podesio ugao, a nakon otpuštanja se fiksira u željenom položaju. Kratkim pritiskom na dugme menja se boja svetlosti, dok se dugim pritiskom podešava intenzitet osvetljenja. Kućište je izrađeno od recikliranog aluminijumskog legura, livenog i naknadno peskarenog radi veće izdržljivosti. Lampa je visoka 25 cm.

Unique Properties: Rural areas in China lack complete lighting facilities, especially outdoors at night and toilets at night. This multifunctional lamp fixture is friendly to rural students and provides three functions: learning lighting, nighttime outdoor lighting, and ambient lighting. Thus improving the lighting conditions for rural students economically.
And the shell adopts sustainable secondary recycled aluminum alloy, making the product economical, beautiful, durable, and more environmentally friendly

Production Technology: Lighting control: The intelligent control module of the lamp can recognize the user's quick and long press operation, and realize the switching of light color and brightness adjustment through microcontroller programming.
Production process: The shell adopts metal casting technology, which is a cost-effective and efficient method, suitable for large-scale production.
Surface Treatment: In order to improve the durability and aesthetics of the product, the surface of the shell is sandblasted.
Material selection: The shell is made of secondary recycled aluminum alloy, which is not only economical, but also has good strength and corrosion resistance, and at the same time embodies the concept of environmental protection.
Design Challenge: The biggest challenge we faced during the development of the project was how to achieve multifunctional integration and user-friendliness while remaining cost-effective. By working with the local community, we gained an in-depth understanding of the actual needs of our users and conducted several prototype tests to optimize the design.

Project Duration: The project started in Jieyang City in April 2024 and was completed in Shenzhen City in August 2024.
Operation Flow: Lighting mode switching method: Pull up the lamp body and rotate it to the appropriate angle. After releasing it, the lamp body will automatically rebound downwards and lock the angle.
Light adjustment method: Quickly press the button to switch the light color, and hold down the button for a long time to adjust the light brightness.
