One Verdi Park je objekat mešovite namene u Bukureštu, Rumunija. Dve kule sadrže stanove, kancelarije i maloprodajne prostore, sa ukupnom izgrađenom površinom od 42470 kvadratnih metara. Konstrukcija je izrađena od armirano-betonskih stubova i greda. Fasada koristi ventilisani sistem sa belom završnom obradom od vlaknastog cementa, dok visokoefikasno zastakljivanje poboljšava akustične i termičke performanse. Baštu na krovu i maloprodajnu platformu povezuju obe kule. Zelene terase i zajednički prostori podstiču interakciju između stanara i zaposlenih.

- One Verdi Park is a landmark mixed-use development redefining Bucharest’s skyline. The two towers integrate high-end residences, offices, and retail spaces, merging innovative design with sustainability. A bold structural approach enables panoramic views, while premium materials enhance elegance. The project prioritizes urban connectivity and green spaces, offering a seamless blend of luxury and functionality, setting a new benchmark for contemporary city living. Construction started during the pandemic, prompting a significant shift in plans. Originally intended as an office building, the first tower was converted into residential apartments. This timely decision was made after design phases were completed and the three basement levels were built, marking the beginning of the FAST FORWARD CONVERSION project.

Initially conceived as an office building, the first tower was converted into residential apartments after construction had already begun, with the three basement levels completed. Overcoming this challenge involved rethinking space usage and ensuring a seamless transition to an elevated residential experience.
