To address this, we developed a 3d intelligent architecture of security intelligence and connectivity": using ai to drive security responses and large models to analyze user behavior logs, identify anomalies, and trigger emergency strategies; building an intelligent knowledge base supporting multimodal knowledge integration (documents, data, images) for intelligent retrieval, permission management, and semantic understanding/generation of unstructured data; and using mcp technology to connect various office services, achieving a "what you say is what you get" intelligent office experience.

The surveys have revealed the daily pain points in corporate office operations. Our research has found that employees face inefficiencies in office scenarios such as enterprise information retrieval, office collaboration, cross-platform application access, and daily document usage. Additionally, employees are exposed to complex internet access environments every day, which can easily lead to corporate data security issues.

Therefore, China Telecom's Tianyi Cloud has launched Intelligent aone cffice to reshape enterprise productivity.
