About Mansion of Value Enterijer privatnog kluba
Mansion of Value je enterijer privatnog kluba dizajniran za društvena okupljanja. Prostor obuhvata 4000 kvadratnih metara na tri sprata. Dizajn je inspirisan njujorškim hotelom Waldorf Astoria i reinterpretira klasične proporcije i simetriju. Ar deko geometrija, ručno izrađeni detalji i slojevito osvetljenje oblikuju svečanu atmosferu. Materijali uključuju velike ploče od žada, prirodni kamen, kristal, metalnu mrežu i intarzije od sedefa. Posetioci se kreću od velelepnog foajea ka izložbenim prostorima i privatnim trpezarijama.

- Unique Properties
- This 4000 sqm private clubhouse draws from the New York Waldorf Astoria Hotel to craft a luxurious, classically inspired social space. The project merges Art Deco geometry, handcrafted detailing, and immersive lighting to create a ceremonial atmosphere that balances cultural depth with contemporary sophistication.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- Design area is 4000 sqm across three floors. The circular floor pattern and ceiling skylight align with millimeter level precision. A 10 meter high vertical reference ensured central symmetry. Large monolithic jade slabs were custom sourced to maintain seamless grain continuity.

- Production Technology
- Realization involved CNC precision cutting, large-format jade stone sourcing, laser alignment of floor and ceiling, and hand forged mother of pearl inlays. GRC and metal mesh structures, natural stone, and crystal were combined with eco certified furniture materials and flame retardant finishes.
- Design Challenge
- Key challenges included translating classical motifs into modern functions, aligning marble inlays with skylights, and sourcing rare jade stone under tight timelines. The project also balanced regulatory demands with artistic aspirations, requiring cross disciplinary coordination and adaptive fabrication.
- Research
- This project combined typological research on luxury hospitality spaces with material experiments and user interviews. Objectives included emotional resonance, spatial dignity, and brand expression. Results confirmed that classical elements foster stronger user identification and elevate perceived space value.
- Inspiration
- The design is inspired by the legacy and spatial grandeur of the Waldorf Astoria. Its aim is to reinterpret classical proportion, symmetry, and ritualistic beauty through a modern lens, creating a space that symbolizes status, heritage, and refined lifestyle for today's elite communities.
- Project Duration
- The project started in April 2024 in Sichuan, China and finished in December 2024.
- Operation Flow
- Visitors experience a curated journey from grand foyer to exhibition spaces and private dining. Spatial symmetry, layered lighting, and artistic elements guide movement while creating emotional impact. Art installations and textures invite contemplation and enhance social engagement.
