The Art of Community je dizajn javnog prostora u okviru stambenog kompleksa u gradu Taičungu, na Tajvanu. Zajedničke površine obuhvataju predvorje visine šest metara koje se otvara ka ozelenjenom dvorištu, umetnički hodnik i zajedničku kuhinju. Zastakljenje od 3,3 metra unosi prirodnu svetlost i protok vazduha u enterijer. Minimalistički beton kombinovan je sa toplim drvetom, dok meke organske krivine zamenjuju oštre uglove, što je najvidljivije u zakrivljenoj drvenoj arhitekturi biblioteke. Formalni pult u predvorju je uklonjen kako bi se stvorio neometan tok ka dvorištu i podstakla interakcija među stanarima.

- Unique Properties
- This design transforms residential living into an art-infused community. It features a 6-meter lobby opening to a lush courtyard, an Art Corridor, and a Living Kitchen. Soft curves, organic forms, and expansive 3.3-meter glazing create a seamless, light-filled environment. It's a holistic ecosystem fostering connection and creativity, redefining modern family living beyond mere accommodation.

- Guided by biophilic principles, the design methodology focused on dissolving the barrier between indoors and out. This was achieved through a 6-meter-high lobby and expansive 3.3-meter glazing, maximizing natural light and airflow. The material palette intentionally blends minimalist concrete with warm wood to craft a sophisticated yet gentle atmosphere. A key technique was favoring soft, organic curves over hard angles, most prominent in the library's unique curved wooden architecture.

The design fosters a holistic lifestyle for young families by weaving art, nature, and shared experiences into daily life. This approach seeks to elevate residential living by creating an ecosystem where human connection can flourish through shared spaces like the Art Corridor and Living Kitchen, crafting a lifestyle rooted in aesthetic appreciation.
