About Osia Villa Desain Interior Padumukan

Osia Villa mangrupa imah pribadi anu diwangun dina lahan lega 2800 méter pasagi kalayan pamandangan sawah. Desainna nyambungkeun rohangan jero jeung luar, ngaleungitkeun wates antara panyalindungan jeung lanskap. Aya dua teras anu jadi ciri villa ieu: teras wétan anu dirarancang pikeun sarapan sarta teras kulon di tingkat kadua anu dipaké pikeun kumpul-kumpul wanci sonten. Rohangan diuk pérgola di lanté rékréasi ditopang ku grid balok anu geus aya, sarta mingkinkeun pamandangan panonpoé surup. Bahan-bahan dipaké dicokot ti lokal, sarta pelataranana ngagunakeun potongan batu granit sésa.

Unique Properties: A private property overlooking paddy farms spread over 28,000 Sqft of land. The design intends to marry the inside and outside blurring the boundaries of a sheltered home.

Production Technology: The materials were sourced locally. The entire pavement for the villa was done in waste granite pieces.
Design Challenge: The challenge was to execute the pergola on first floor which was eventually supported by existing beam grid.
Research: The site location was a major inspiration for carving out spaces into the built structure. The pergola seating on the recreational floor was carved to create a sundowner spot.
Inspiration: The wide views of setting sun over the paddy fields is the main inspiration to form the private deck on the entertainment floor with a perfect balance of indoor and outdoor spaces.
Project Duration: The project started in Feb 2017 and was completed by March 2019
Operation Flow: The design was made in Mumbai and all drawings sent to site to execute locally with regular interval site visits to check the progress.
