Dekonstruksi minimalis dianggo pikeun nyiptakeun suasana anu tenang, alami, sarta teknologis, ngalemesan karakter komérsial anu biasana aya dina rohangan penjualan. Wangunan éta ngadeg bebas di sisi talaga saperti layar kapal, ngawangun museum seni talaga anu kontemporer sareng poétis. Rohangan ieu direncanakeun pikeun engké dijadikeun klub pikeun warga, nawiskeun tempat anu berkelanjutan pikeun komunikasi antar komunitas tatangga.

- Unique Properties
- This is a sales center. The design weakens the traditional commercial atmosphere. The design clue comes from the natural lake in the project. It uses minimalist deconstruction to create a technological, quiet and natural space atmosphere, which will continue to exist as the owner’s club in the future. To provide a sustainable space for neighbourhood communications between communities in the future.

- Built near the lake, a freely rising building stands on the shore of the lake like a sail, extracting spiritual connotations from the lake, thus giving birth to a "Lake Art Museum" that is both contemporary and very natural and poetic.
