Téknologi Produksi: The stalls use the raw and cooked separation mode to optimize business management. The fresh area introduces refrigerated display cabinets and divides the low-temperature meat processing area to provide a clean environment for processing raw food, while reducing the deterioration caused during transportation and display, so that the food can be delivered to consumers in the freshest condition; the cooked food area is set the electrostatic oil fume system reduces oil fume pollution and purifies the air inside the market.
