- Inspiration
- The lakefront location was central to the design, with the lake flowing into the interior. This was achieved through a thoughtful choice of materials and colors, especially in the bar area, where shades of blue reflect the water’s hues. Floor to ceiling windows offer captivating views, strengthening the connection with the lake. In the seminar area and vacation apartments above, the sensation of floating above the water enhances the visual and emotional bond with the serene surroundings.
- Project Duration
- The project started in 2022 in Ueberlingen Germany and was completed in 2024.
- Operation Flow
- The building was to be given a new lease of life without losing the memories of times gone by.
