House LW27 mangrupa padumukan pribadi anu diwangun dina lahan anu kawilang leutik di wewengkon pamukiman. Volume bodasna kontras jeung unsur-unsur batu alam anu kasar. Témbok anu diplester bodas, lanté kai oak sarta batu alam pikeun lanté, kamar mandi, cerobong asap jeung témbok ngawangun interiorna. Dina tingkat dasar, denah kabuka ngalir bébas ti wétan ka kulon sapanjang kolam renang. Jandéla geser ti lanté nepi ka lalangit ngahubungkeun jero jeung luar sapanjang taun. Lanté luhur mibanda kamar saré jeung kamar mandi ensuite. Téras hateup anu dipelakan tutuwuhan ngabalikkeun deui aréa taneuh anu katutup ka alam.

Unique Properties: The white Volume contrast with the rough natural stone elements. White plastered walls, wooden oak floors and natural stone for floors, bathrooms, chimneys and Walls.

Production Technology: Concrete structure, metall cladding, white plastered walls, wooden oak floors and natural stone for floors, bathrooms chimneys and walls.
Research: A sensual minimalistic atmosphere is carefully detailed with great attention to natural and artificial lighting.
Inspiration: In high class residential area, a large volume residence had to be constructed on a relatively small site.
Next to a giant outdoor pool there was almost no space for a garden. So, the idea was to put the garden onto the roof and work close to the concept of a zero-seal house which means the sealed areas are given back to nature on the rooftop.
Project Duration: The project started in 2020 in Munich and finished in 2023
Operation Flow: The borders of the side are hidden by a whole series of newly planted canopying trees, which provide natural Sun protection.
On ground level an open floor plan flows freely from east to west along the pool. Floor to ceiling sliding windows allowing inside outside living all year.
On the upper floor is the bedroom area with ensuite bathrooms and separate dressing facilities.
The lush planted roof terrace with whirlpool is reserved for the hardworking parents.
