About The Hub Blandad användning turismutveckling
The Hub är en blandad användningsutveckling utformad för turism i Healesville, Victoria, Australien. Projektet kombinerar en historisk marknad, ett gastronomicentrum, ett bryggeri, ett hotell, en restaurang och ett konferenscenter. En gångstig förbinder alla funktioner över den sex tunnland stora platsen. Byggnaderna trappar ner för att följa topografin, och naturmaterial knyter utvecklingen till det omgivande landskapet. Designkonceptet för in utomhusmiljön inomhus och öppnar platsen för gående besökare. Avsikten är att stödja den lokala turismen samtidigt som grannskapets karaktär bibehålls.

- the hardest part is to satisfy neighborhood character and people lives within, it was about 3000 objection of which withdrawn after understanding the benefits and quality contribution of the project. this considered to be huge value

- marketing research regarding tourism has been undertaking together with business plan, the research indicated that Healesville one of the best areas attract people with high taste on food and wine

- the motivation of my design is the happiness of human been, with all the pressure of our life, its nice to provide people hub that will take people away from the routine and enjoy the country life style with the best food and wine and shopping
