Om Avalanche Konstruerad kvartsyta

Avalanche är en halvtransparent konstruerad kvartsyta avsedd för kök, badrum samt vägg- och golvbeklädnader. Avalanches utseende är baserat på naturlig onyxsten, med långa ådror som löper genom varje skiva. Ytan släpper igenom ljus, så en ljuskälla placerad under panelen förvandlar den till ett belyst element. Avalanche tillverkas av återvunnen kristallkvarts, glas och harts, pressas under vakuum och poleras med diamantslipmedel. Materialet är icke-poröst, repbeständigt och lämpligt för kontakt med livsmedel.

Dimensioner & förpackning: Due to its chemical formulation including recycled quartz, glass and resin combined to compact slab shape vibro-comprehension under vacuum press. We are offering healthy, hygienic, and transparent lighting surfaces. Avalanche is made by Belenco with the latest high technology engineered stone fully automatic robotic producing lines to serve the interior designer more sustainable natural look compound stones. Slabs have a shape of 330,165,2cm thick.

Contains recycled crystal quartz, glass and recycled water from its own polishing process and energy from renewable sources
Designutmaning: Avalanche is one of the most durable materials due to the quartz mineral,which is one of the hardest minerals after diamond.Avalanche, 90 % recycled quartz content adds superior properties to the structure and surface durability, scratch and acid,basic alkaline and chemical resistance and increase the strength four times than onyx,granite and marble.The vein pattern design sustainable every slab due to robotic process whereas the natural stones pattern changed every block cut to size as slab.
Forskning: Avalanche is a practical,user friendly and a constantly efficient product.When mounted as a quartz surface (and if intended a light source placed to its underneath),its hygienic,antibacterial,has strong scratch resistance (quartz 7 Mohs scale strength),chemical resistance and no water absorption due to non-porosity.It has a long-life cycle and high impact resistance,only necessary change would be lightning source in the upcoming years.Avalanche will remain shiny and new just like the first day.
Inspiration: Avalanche quartz surface is the new interpretation of natural onyx stone,which inspires translucent appearance to illuminating interior places. It is possible to create lighted areas in your kitchen,bathroom,other living areas by simply using this design.Avalanche countertops are the best sanitary solutions where the hygiene needed by reason of it is antibacterial,healthy for food contact,also healthy for indoor air quality without any chemical exposure on people.
Projektlängd: The Avalanche Project started at 2020 in Belenco research and development laboratory pilot plant, start up in 2020 at the production and exhibited to the market at 2021. Since 2021 to these time Belenco Avalanche is on the market of mainly USA.
Arbetsflöde: Natural quartz minerals and resin composed in mixers. The mixture transport directly to distribution unit. Vein effect unit gives a marble look pattern. Mixture go to the vibration press under vacuum and pressed. The slab shaped to length of 310 cm and the width of 152 cm and the thickness of 20 cm, cured at the oven, polished with diamond abrasives to give them higher glosses finishes and final quality control area separated the slabs to their quality and pick up glossy surface face to face, bundled and transport to the clients.
