Br Design Center är en kontorsinredning för en kreativ verkstad i Chongqing, Kina. Designen följer en industriell loftstil. Vatten-, el- och brandbekämpningsrör lämnas exponerade på väggarna. Material som återvunnits på byggarbetsplatsen återanvänds, och befintliga industriella element bevaras. Byggnadens ytterhölje använder ett dubbelskiktat metallnät som filtrerar överflödigt ljus samtidigt som det släpper in naturligt ljus och ventilation. Ett solcellssystem på över 800 kvadratmeter är installerat på taket. Skiktade utrymmen uppmuntrar till interaktion mellan personal och besökare.

Unika egenskaper: The design style of this case is deduced in the LOFT industrial style, using environmentally friendly, rough texture, strong color contrast, pop-style decoration language, and the re-utilization of recycled materials as much as possible, and the available materials recovered on the construction site. Through the later ingenious design, reflecting the moving details full of industry characteristics and humanistic feelings.
Dimensioner & förpackning: The building skin is made of a double-layer grid structure, using a mesh metal mesh structure to filter excess light while ensuring natural lighting and ventilation, forming an effective sunshade system and increasing indoor energy consumption.

Inspiration: The Brothers Decoration Creative Workshop, a creative workshop integrating home culture, creative industries, smart technology, and environmental protection, draws on the design concepts and expression language of the energy-saving and environmentally friendly organic building A large number of pipes such as water, electricity and fire fighting facilities are exposed on the facade wall, presenting a unique and strong LOFT industrial style.
Projektlängd: The project started in Chongqing, China in 2016, and was finally completed in Chongqing, China in 2019.
Arbetsflöde: The building in this case is a new building, and the floor layout tends to be flat and closed. In order to enhance the unique stylization of the overall space and make the space full of tension and excitement, the design director Wen Zheping adopted complex but ingenious spaces and mistakes. The layered pattern, similar to the rhythmic relationship between strong and weak sound, enhances the interest of the space, and strengthens the efficient "departmental neighborhood system".
