About Germgo Desinfektionsrobot

Germgo är en intelligent desinfektionsrobot utformad för offentliga platser. Två skärmar ingår, en för att planera rengöringsrutten och en för att visa driftstatus. Tre munstycken sprutar desinfektionsmedel över ett stort område, och en stor vattentank möjliggör långvarig användning. Unique Properties: "Germgo" is an intelligent disinfection robot used in public places. Functionally, the machine has two screens for setting the route and checking the status, which can freely plan the driving route, three nozzles that can be fully disinfected and a large-capacity water tank can meet the needs of disinfection. There is a projection device on the base of the machine, which can inform the driving direction in advance and help people avoid.

Production Technology: The product adopts PC and ABS injection molding process to make the shell and sheet metal, and the disinfection module is made of PA material, which is not easy to corrode and easy to maintain.
Design Challenge: The biggest challenge is to ensure both the efficiency of disinfection and the rationality of human and machine.
Research: Through market research, we will study various data of consumers and medical staff, and propose solutions for disinfection of public places through the diversified analysis of competing products, and then build user goals in new application scenarios to find more humanized design points.
Inspiration: The new crown epidemic has increased people's attention to daily disinfection, but the cold disinfection machines in public places will always conflict with pedestrians, so I will design the disinfection robot from a more humane perspective
Project Duration: The project started in Wuhan in September 2021 and completed in Wuhan in December 2021
Operation Flow: Through the top screen to independently plan and select the disinfection route, combined with the induction device to realize the unmanned disinfection mode, the rectangular screen on the front allows people to intuitively understand the operation information of the robot, and the projection device at the bottom can project the driving direction of the machine to help pedestrians avoid ahead. prevent collision.
