About Hua Ping Elektrisk värmare

Hua Ping är en elektrisk värmare som använder både hög- och lågtemperaturgrafenteknik. Lågtemperaturgrafenen ger terapeutiska effekter, medan högtemperaturgrafenen ger värme. En kontrollpanel justerar temperaturen i den övre och undre delen separat. Ramen är tillverkad av aluminiumlegering med ett gjutet fäste och en anodiserad yta, vilket gör värmaren lätt och stabil på golvet. Formen är inspirerad av den traditionella kinesiska skärmen och rymmer ett utbytbart porslinsmönster i mitten. Hua Ping passar hem, hotell och offentliga miljöer.

Unique Properties: Hua Ping is an electric heater using both high and low temperature graphene technology. Low temperature graphene has therapeutic effects, high temperature graphene has a heating effect. It can be placed in homes, hotels and public places. It is also an ornament with an interchangeable porcelain pattern in the middle
Dimensions & Packaging: The width of this product is 460 mm, the depth is 70 mm and the height is 1300 mm.

Production Technology: Hua Ping needs to make a detailed assessment of material weight during production. Aluminum alloy is considered for frame and aluminum die-casting technology is adopted for bracket, which makes the product lightweight but still stable on the ground. With anodized plating, the body has a very beautiful color and metallic luster.
Design Challenge: The hardest part was combining the high temperature and low temperature graphene heating technologies
Inspiration: Hua Ping was inspired by the Chinese screen, which is a combination of pictures and screens. We hope to use modern design language and materials to reflect traditional Chinese aesthetics, combined with the heating technology of graphene, so that it can play a silent but warm decoration in the space environment.
Project Duration: The project started in May 2021 in China and finished in December in China.It is now in mass production.
